Procedures


Contacting Administrative computing:

  • To request an enhancement or make a request for new technology, contact your Key User.
  • To fix an existing system, or report a gub or issue, submit a HEAT ticket by emailing the Help Desk.
  • For any other enquiries, email David Norman or call him at 781-891-3498.

Project Life Cycle:

Once you have contacted your key user, they will work with you and Administrative Computing to prioritize and schedule your new technology request. Depending on the scope of the request, Administrative Computing may assign a project manager to the request. Below are some of the documents that may be used during the life cycle of the project:

  • Functional Analysis
  • Technical Spec
  • QA
  • Development Life Cycle Description
